03 April 2020: Delivery Lead-Time Update
We have had to make a number of minor changes to the way in which we are despatching parcels from the warehouse at Ipswich Town FC. Following strict social distancing measures, and taking all further necessary precautions, our staff are ensuring the regular despatch of all customer orders placed on this website. Due to a number of changes made by Royal Mail, in lieu of the business challenges being faced by the Coronavirus outbreak, our parcel delivery times are being affected in some cases. Timescales are being delayed on a small percentage of orders. We would ask for your pateince throughout this difficult period. As a business we have removed the option of Guaranteed Next Day Premium delivery and Click & Collect (due to the closure of the Planet Blue Superstore collection point). Our priority (1-2 working days) and economy (3-5 working days) services are both still available, however may face small delays. We have added an option of all UK order being sent free of charge as a result of the Government and Public Health England advice to stay at home. Any necessary further updates to the service we are able to provide will be added to this website in due course.

We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation to keep each countries information as up to date as possible. We are working with our airline/postal courier partners across the globe to maintain service and provide updates to our Customers. Customers can expect delays to normal services on a country by country basis and updates will be posted as soon as these become available.

Ipswich Town FC offer an array of delivery options. These are detailed below, along with the service level expectations, costs and notifications you will receive with each service. We do not offer deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
The order cut-off deadline is 3pm (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed before this time will be despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT/BST) will be despatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT/BST) on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday.

UK Mainland - Guaranteed (Next working day)
This service is available for GB Mainland Only. This does not include Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands. This is a guaranteed priority service and will be delivered by Royal Mail on the next working day if ordered before 3pm. Order placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day and delivered on the second working day. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a calling card being left at the delivery address. This is a signed for service meaning the recipient will need to sign for this delivery. Please therefore ensure the delivery address will be accessible and occupied on the day of delivery. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with full tracking details to allow you to track your parcel delivery.
UK Mainland - Priority (1-2 working days)
This service is available for GB Mainland Only. This does not include Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands. This is a priority service and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 1-2 working days from despatch. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a calling card being left at the delivery address.
UK Mainland - Economy (3-5 working days)
This service is available for GB Mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands. This is a economy service and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days from despatch. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a calling card being left at the delivery address.
UK Mainland - Click & Collect (1 working day)
Click and collect orders will be made available for collection 1 working day from the order being placed. Orders must be placed before 3pm for next working day collection. Please note - Saturday matchdays are not included as a working day. If you are wishing to collect an order from the stdaium on a Saturday match day this order should be placed before 3pm on the Thursday before the match.
UK Mainland - FREE DELIVERY (3-5 working days)
UK (Mainland) orders of £80.00 and over will qualify for our free economy delivery option. These orders will be sent using our UK (Mainland) - Economy delivery service as detailed above. Any free delivery promotional periods offered by Ipswich Town Football Club will always refer to the UK (Mainland) - Economy delivery service. Should you require your order sooner than this service can provide, you should order using a paid service option available at the checkout stage.
Northern Ireland Delivery
This service is available for deliveries to Northern Ireland only. This is a economy service and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days from despatch. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a calling card being left at the delivery address.
This service is available for deliveries to Ireland only. This is an economy service and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days from despatch. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a calling card being left at the delivery address.
This service is available for deliveries to BFPO addresses only. This is an economy courier service and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-7 working days from despatch. These deliveries will be made to the central UK BFPO headquarters for onward forwarding to the overseas BFPO address given. BFPO orders need to be addressed in a specific manner in order for successful delivery. Please ensure the following format is used;

Standard Delivery International (up to 10 working days)
A secure, tracked service, taking up to 10 working days from despatch. Your shipping cost will be calculated and assigned to your order upon checkout. Overseas parcels may require a signature upon delivery by the local delivery agents, dependent upon the desitnation country. This service is available worldwide, with certain restrictions. This is not a guaranteed delivery date service. For standard delivery to be offered your order must be below 1 kg and specific volume. If you do not qualify for standard delivery you will be charged the maximum delivery cost for standard delivery and will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange any required surcharge.
Please note we are NOT able to deliver to a PO box under any circumstances as your parcel may require a signature as proof of delivery. Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times and additional remote area surcharges.
Please note if you place an order and then subsequently refuse delivery as you will not pay the relevant customs and duty tax for your nation's import duties or any other levied charge, Ipswich Town Football Club will not refund your goods or shipping charges. A re-delivery back to the online store after you have refused to pay charges incurs additional costs to the club, and therefore we are unable to accept these specific goods back from our couriers. Ipswich Town Football Club are not responsible for the charges levied on importing goods by each nation and by placing an order you confirm you are accepting payment of these charges.

If you return goods to us, after accepting delivery and paying all relevant import charges, the standard refund policy will apply.
What happens if my delivery has not arrived? - contact us by telephone or email, detailing your name, address and order number. Please only contact us if your delivery is outside of the delivery timescales listed above. Non-ship addresses - for contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver at that address.
Undelivered items - we aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 (thirty) days after the date the order was taken by us.
Despatching of orders - although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:
Pre-orders - products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website, if you require other items before the pre-order date, you will be required to place a separate order. Otherwise all items will be shipped on the pre-order date specified.
Credit Card Checks - sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
Personalisation - products ordered requiring personalisation of any nature will take longer to process than other products. Please therefore leave up to 5 (five) working days for products to be personalised and shipped.
Customs & Import Duties - any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred in the delivery time due to customs withholding your shipment for whatever reason.
