Do I need to register with itfcshop.com?
Yes, you will need to register an account with www.itfcshop.com even if you have made online purchases previously. This is a brand new retail website, separate from previous online stores. If you have an ITFC customer number for use on itfcdirect.com or buying tickets in store, this will not work on this new site.

How do I register an account?
To register an account with www.itfcshop.com you need to click the 'Sign In' link at the top of the page. This link will take you to a page where you can choose to login, if you already have an account, or register a new account. To register a new account, click on the 'Create An Account' button. This will take you to a registration form. Please complete all the details required and click on the 'Create An Account' button at the bottom of the page. Should any details be missing from the page, you will be asked to complete these before the registration process is completed.

I can't find / don't remember my password. Where can I get this?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the 'Sign In' page. This page can be accessed by clicking on the 'Sign In' link at the top of the page. You will then be sent an email to recover/set a new password.

I have never bought tickets online before, but I am a Season Ticket Holder/Member. Do I have an account setup already?
If you are a season ticket holder or member you will not have an account setup for this website. This is a new website, separate from www.itfcdirect.com, so all customers need to follow the registration process upon making your first purchase. Please have your TeamCard to hand as you will need the number off this in order to be able to register to obtain TeamCard loyalty points on every purchase, as well as having the option to redeem any positive points balance when shopping online.

I have a gift voucher. Can I redeem this online?
At this moment in time, paper-based gift vouchers cannot be used on www.itfcshop.com. These need to be redeemed within our Planet Blue store at the stadium. We do however understand that many fans are not within the immediate local vicinity of the stadium. We are more than happy for fans to redeem their gift vouchers by post, using a mail order model. We can then arrange to ship your order to you in the same way as we would with an online order.

Should you wish to redeem gift vouchers using mail order, simply send your vouchers plus a note including your order requirements (please ensure you list the product name, colour and size - all found on our website), plus your full name, address, contact telephone number and email address to;

Our colleagues will then assist in despatching your order as soon as possible, upon receipt. Please ensure that you allow for the relevant shipping costs within your payment.
